Katy has many fun and free ways to stay fit! From running clubs to yoga and tai chi in a park you have options to get out and work out. Fitness is also great for managing stress and a great outlet for parents when kids are in school.

With school back in session and cooler weather on the horizon, Katyites have plenty of free fitness options.
