Happy 2023 and hello new fitness goals! Katy has many fun and free ways to stay fit! From running clubs to yoga and tai chi in a park you have options to get out and work out. Fitness is also great for managing stress.
Yoga at Central Green Park
Katy students return to school today making it the perfect time for Katy parents to set new fitness goals. Whether you are a Katy mom looking to manage stress or a Katy resident wanting to get out and focus on health and fitness, Katy has several free fitness options. Mix some fun in your health and get out and make some friends too!

Central Green Park located in LaCenterra offers many great events including some free fitness classes. Enjoy a work out, make some friends, and then shop and dine afterwards.

No Label Running Club meets every week at No Label Brewery. Check in time is at 5:30 p.m. Each week they have a picture and social time after the run.
