St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Katy start well before Tuesday, March 17. Whether you run, crawl, or kickbox your way to a green beer, you'll find lots of fun at these festive, Irish-loving events.

7:30 a.m.
Run the luckiest 5K of the year and Mo's first race in the Houston Holiday Series! Remember to wear green so you don’t get pinched, or make sure to run fast. Join in the fun after the race with food, drink, music and more for the whole family! Bagpipes and Irish dancers will provide entertainment at the after-party.
Mo’s will also be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day celebration with live music and drink specials on March 17!

Wear your best green outfit and grab your friends for the first ever Katy pub crawl!
LaCenterra has teamed up with Saint Arnold Brewing Company to host a fun St. Patty's-themed Pub Crawl with five participating bars.

Celebrate the luck of the Irish at one of the largest parades in the U.S. at the 61st Annual Houston St. Patrick's Parade. Every year over 100 Irish-themed entries take part in the parade to bring some St. Patrick's Day cheer to Houston. The after-party at Market Square Park will feature games, live music from Blaggards, food, and more.

No Label Brewing Co. and Texas Kickboxing Academy present Shamrock Showdown Bootcamp. Start your St. Patrick’s Day celebration early with a little "detox - retox"! Several different workout stations will be set up for all skill levels; must be 13 or older to participate. After the workout, enjoy food from Benny’s Dawgs and replenish with a cold brew (must be 21).

The largest St. Patrick's Day Festival takes place at Lucky's Pub, promising to be even bigger and better than last year! The festival features an appearance by Rod Ryan from 94.5 the Buzz, bagpipers and a TON of green beer! Babies Burgers, Lucky's Pizza Joint, and Miss Kathy's Snoballs will also be on-site!

You and your little ones are invited to a special St. Patrick's Day edition of #STEMStorytime as part of Katy Budget Books' Grand Reopening! Children of all ages are welcome to join a special reading of "How to Catch a Leprechaun," followed by a group project (ages 4 - 8) building a leprechaun trap.
Participation in the project requires registration to keep the group a manageable size so everyone can have fun. Please email marketing@katybooks.com to register your child for the activity.
