A resident in Cinco Ranch had over $3,000 of tools and supplies stolen out of his service truck.
“Please make sure that y’all are keeping your vehicles and doors locked,” says Duane Siebold in a social media post. “The criminals are getting bolder.”
Theft Caught on Camera
Siebold lives on Morning Park Drive in Cinco Ranch’s Greenway Village. A security camera managed to take pictures and Seibold has reached out to deputies with Harris County Constables Office, Precinct 5.
The theft happened at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, September 5. The suspect appeared to drive an early 2000’s Chevy or GMC red extended cab pickup.
Deputies are investigating the theft.
Local authorities always remind Katy residents to lock up and remove belongings from their vehicles. Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office reminds followers on social media with the #9pmroutine. The popular hash tag is followed and shared by law enforcement all over the country to help remind people to lock up.
