Big N's This family-owned and operated gem can be found at the corner of Stockdick School Road and Katy Fort Bend Road on the north side of IH-10. Don't let the casual atmosphere fool you, they're serious about crawfish. Big N's batches like to throw in citrus, mushrooms, onions, and green olives for flavor. Get spicy mudbugs for $6.99 per pound.

BB's Cafe In Houston, BB's has become known for what they call "Tex-Orleans" style cooking - Cajun recipes with a Texas twist. And when it comes to crawfish, the recipe is bigger and oh, so delicious. Get one pound for $7.95, 3 pounds for $22.95, or 5 pounds for $35.95. Seasoning, butter, potatoes and corn, and garlic sausage links and seafood can be added for an extra charge.

Good Ole Boys An all-around Katy favorite located at the southwest corner of FM 1463 and IH-10, Good Ole Boys loves sunshine, great food, and lots of friendly faces to keep them company. Get live mud bugs by the sack for $4.99 per pound, boiled $9.99 per pound. Place orders early.

Orleans Seafood Kitchen Authentic New Orleans flavor right in our backyard. Crawfish is $8.99 per pound, with a 2 pound minimum. Add corn and potatoes for $0.50, or sausage for $3.49.
