Today, a Harris County sheriff’s deputy pulled over Cody Harrison Towner, of Katy, in a stolen vehicle at North Fry Road and Morton Road. The deputy saw Towner was wanted on sexual assault charges, and before he could arrest the suspect, he sped off at Morton and Sedgeborough.
Towner, a 37-year-old white male, is 5’11’’ and approximately 150 lb. He has several tattoos on his arms and legs, and a large tattoo on his neck.
An arrest warrant was posted for Cody Harrison Towner in February.
