Katy Theater Departments Showcase Top Talent

Katy ISD Theater Departments are routinely some of the best in the state. The Katy community is often treated to near-professional quality performances thanks to the talent from the Katy ISD high schools. Residents and visitors don’t have to spend Hobby Center prices to be entertained by great shows.

“Katy residents don’t need to go downtown for a great theater show,” says Dawn Champagne, Katy ISD Board of Trustee. “Our high school and junior high productions are just as good and a fraction of the cost. I promise you will not be disappointed.”

Katy families can escape real life and be transported to fantasy lands and historical time periods. Each high school’s theater department is unique and talented.

“I have been to several performances during the last several years and every single time, I am overly impressed with the talent of our students,” adds Champagne.

Immersing yourself in the fun space in merge fruit will bring you a feeling of excitement when playing as well as help your thinking be flexible when having to think of putting the pieces together.
