Katy is full of entertainment and family fun. This weekend families can enjoy markets, live music, games and more. From monthly markets and charity festivals, it’s going to be a fun weekend in Katy.

Katyites have a variety of local events to choose from this Saturday, July 16, 2022.

The Fantastics

Central Green Park in LaCenterra

8:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m.

For 17 years the Fantastics have wowed Katy crowds with their powerhouse 5pc. variety band with male & female vocals performing the greatest songs. This free performance keeps families coming back each year.

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Shop from 100 vendors, enjoy food trucks, inflatables, a beer garden and live entertainment! This monthly event is a local favorite.

Space Day

Typhoon Texas

11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Cool off at Katy’s water park. Enjoy outer space crafts for kids, an astronaut training simulation ride, strolling astronaut characters and more. At 10:00 p.m. families can enjoy a firework show.

Midsummer Fest

10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This year the annual event adds a BBQ Cook-Off to their carnival with rides and games and live musical performances. The popular festival benefits three Katy charities; The Ballard House, Compassion Katy and Christ Clinic Katy. Purchase tickets and learn more online.
