Seeking Gym Locker Thief
Deputies with Constable Ted Heap’s Office want to talk to the man in this photo regarding a stolen credit card. The card was taken from a locker at Lifetime Fitness in the 9900 block of Fry Road near Seven Lakes High School.
Thief Arrested
Someone saw Randle's picture and recognized him. An anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers of Houston led to his arrest on Wednesday, January 29. Randle had in his possession another credit card stolen from another gym the night before.
"We are thankful that someone recognized this suspect and took the time to call in so that our deputies could arrest him," said Constable Ted Heap. "Hopefully he will not be released back onto the streets this time."
Randle was out on bond on a charge of criminal trespassing and evading arrest in Harris County.
Multiple Unauthorized Charges Including a Gym Membership
The credit card was stolen on the day after Christmas. The victim discovered several unauthorized transactions that week, including one charge for a new gym membership.
Protect Your Credit Cards
It's important to keep credit cards safe and protected from theft. In the case of a missing card, contact the lending institution to put a block on the card to avoid unauthorized purchases.
