One summer afternoon, my family and I decided to explore the BBQ scene in Katy, Texas. We visited a few of the hot spots mentioned in this article, and each place had its own unique charm. As we sat down to enjoy the tender brisket and smoky ribs, I couldn't help but think of how these flavors compared to an Argentine asado. The slow-cooked meats, rich in flavor, reminded me of home. It was a perfect blend of Southern BBQ traditions and memories of open-fire grilling back in Argentina.
