Two Katy moms are holding Halloween costume pop up shops to provide free costumes for kids
Two Katy moms, Becky Schmidt and Michelle Donahue, have started a costume drive for Katy kids impacted by the floods. The women have collected over 500 costumes throughout the month of September and will be holding various FREE costume pop up shops for families to come and browse costumes.
"Costumes are expensive and this is one less thing families need to pay for," says Becky Schmidt. "Halloween may be the last thing on parents' minds but it is on the minds of their kids."
